The PartA exam

The Faculty of Public Health has an archive of prior PartA examination question papers, which are available for download and which contain examiner comments.

Edmund Jessop's PartA preparatory course

Dr Edmund Jessop runs a two-day course, which focuses on exam technique and covers the PartA syllabus. The course is suitable for people who have completed a Master's course or equivalent basic learning. The course is popular amongst Oxford trainees and feedback extremely positive. www.edmundjessop.org.uk.

Health Care Needs Assessment (HCNA) - A collections of epidemiological-based needs assessments funded by the Department of Health and the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence - this resource provides an excellent overview of needs assessment covering a variety of disease areas and populations.
